so they only fit
in the correct

On-Time Service
Guarantee
Who can hang out
for half a day
for a 'morning'
appointment?
It's also
frustrating when
you call a
specialist, and
they don't
arrive on time,
so we have an
on-time
guarantee.
It's really
simple, we'll be
there within 5
minutes of the
scheduled time
or notify you of
our delay.
If we don't, you'll get your
labor charges
discounted by twice the
minutes we were
late! If
we schedule to
be there at 3:00p
and we get there
at 3:15p, then
your labor is
discounted by 30
minutes!
Guarantee is limited to 2 discounted hours and applies only to labor on the delayed service request.

Same-day service
is typical in
our standard
service areas at
no extra charge.
Standard service is officially within 24 hours, but often completes the same day. Due to customer requests, we strive to keep a few priority appointments available at a premium cost. These Priority-One service slots have response time within 4 hours, but often are within minutes.
Payment Policies
Each estimate
will have your
payment options
spelled out, but
those below are
typical:
Residential Service (Non-Business): Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is usually due upon completion and can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.
Business Service: Payment is net 30 unless other arrangements are made. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard
Large Contracts: Labor is Net 30 and hardware is due upon delivery, unless other arrangements are made. Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard
