Scheduling


On the phone or on-line, we'll be on our way!
We will always do our best to fit our schedules to your needs.  You can either call us directly or email us.  Keep in mind that we cannot always respond to emails in ten minutes or less.


There are no such things as 'small' computer problems.      A computer that has failed because of a small problem is just as useless as a computer that has failed from a big problem. 

 

Since we understand this, we also understand that large or small jobs do not differ in importance since they are all equally broken.

Small or large, you'll get the first slot available.
Other than the few 'Priority' slots, we keep open at all times.  All calls go on a first come- first served basis at no extra cost.

Easy, just call or email us your contact info and we will take care of the rest.

 

What do I need to do?

In order for your technician or engineer to begin they must have certain things in order.

 

  • There must be at least one person on site over 18 years old present during the entire service.

 

  • Consent to enter your business or home.

 

  • Electrical power and a safe working environment.

 

  • Access to the system(s) that need work as well as all their peripherals.

 


 

  What can I expect will happen? happen?

  • When your technician arrives, he/she will identify himself/herself. You will be told which tech or engineer is coming, so you'll know who to expect.

 

  • After a brief introduction, he/she will ask you some troubleshooting questions to clarify the problem and your expectations for a solution.

 

  • After troubleshooting the problem, the technician will go over the problem as well as the solution and any costs, timelines and alternatives.  This will allow you to make the most informed choice.

 

  • Once the solution has been chosen, a revised estimate will be made if needed. (your original estimate will be given over the phone)

 

  • The repair will complete as scheduled.
